Malo

Title: President
Stephanie promotes the benefits and key features of NMS to potential and new clients. Stephanie provides best practices information gathered from food service facilities, proving a valuable resource to Clients, Regional Managers and Head Office staff. She guides the on-site implementation of NMS’ 12 Point Program, a proactive quality assurance program which delivers results to foodservice departments.

Thompson

Title: Vice President
Dan oversees the expansion of our current client portfolio, while strengthening NMS’ existing operations with regular site visits as a Regional Manager to Long Term Care, Education and Business & Industry accounts. Dan is highly involved in the continued development of NMS’ signature 12 Point Program, Software innovation and Operational Tools. Dan brings with him years of experience in the hospitality, airline food service technology and health care industry.

Title: Personnel & Accounts Manager
Nicole oversees recruiting, training, payroll, and employee safety. Our clients benefit from her efforts to keep staff turnover low and employee satisfaction high. Nicole oversees the expansion of our human resource division which is vital to strengthening NMS’s existing operations while managing our growth. She works to advance employee relations, organization development and other internal functions.

Lesleigh provides leadership support to our clients and employees within the Long Term Care sector. Her management and front line experience allow her to offer guidance and expertise to the onsite teams she oversees. Her areas of focus include food production efficiencies, continued improvement of food quality, employee relations and communication amongst departments.

Title: Purchasing & Regional Manager
Jamie provides regional manager support for our clients and employees in the Business & Industry, Education, and Healthcare Sectors. In addition to his cook and manager experience, Jamie brings the enthusiasm and energy needed to assist NMS and our clients with day-to-day operations.

Title: Director of Home Community Care Support Services
Michelle coordinates Registered Dietitian visits for patients within the Erie St. Clair Home and Community Care Support Services. Michelle provides an invaluable support service for the NMS Registered Dietitians who provide home care services. She is integral in monitoring and reporting on quality assurance and statistical data for this health care division.

Jinesh leads our accounting department, processing all supplier invoices, billing, and accounts receivable. Jinesh compiles the necessary reports relevant to the successful operation of NMS.

Title: Registered Dietitian
Sayuri is a Registered Dietitian for our corporate office as well as for a number of our Long Term Care facilities. Her ability to link nutritional science knowledge with food service production requirements is invaluable.

Annabelle
Malo

Title: Administrative Assistant
Annabelle is the first friendly voice you hear when you call our Head Office. She provides data entry for NMS’ Menu MenuModules© software, including Seasonal Menu changes, Recipes and Therapeutic Menus specific to our clients needs. Annabelle also assists NMS’ Purchasing and Sales department and host of other assigned duties such as preparing marketing material.

Wale

Title: Menu Module & Accounts Manager
Sarah coordinates NMS’ Menu MenuModules© software. She is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Nutritional Analysis, Costing Reports and Purchasing Specifications within our menu software. Sarah also assists in developing in-service training and marketing material for all of NMS business sectors in Health Care, Education and Business & Industry. She also oversees the successful operation of cafeterias in our Education sectors.
